This duty starts on 13 May 2027. From that date, give the Data Principal an itemised description of the personal data and its purposes, plus a way to withdraw consent, exercise rights and complain to the Board. No substantive Data Fiduciary duty in this row is in force before then.
The Act and Rules use staged commencement. Rule 4 for Consent Managers starts on 2026-11-13, but it does not create a general listed-company duty. The Data Fiduciary notice duty starts on 2027-05-13.
