SEBI has, from time to time, issued orders cancelling the Certificates of Registration of certain Investment Advisers on account of non-payment of the prescribed renewal fees under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.

In view of the cancellation of their SEBI registrations, the enlistment granted to such Investment Advisers by BSE Limited also stands cancelled.

Accordingly, the Exchange hereby disseminates a list of Investment Advisers whose SEBI registrations have been cancelled for non-payment of renewal fees and whose BSE enlistment stands cancelled.

The details are provided in Annexure A.
