BSE Limited cancels the enlistment of sixteen Research Analysts. This action follows the cancellation of their SEBI Certificates of Registration. SEBI cancelled these registrations because the entities failed to pay the required renewal fees under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. The affected entities must cease all activities associated with their former BSE enlistment status. The Exchange provides the list of cancelled entities in the notice.

SEBI has, from time to time, issued orders cancelling the Certificates of Registration of certain c on account of non-payment of the prescribed renewal fees under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
In view of the cancellation of their SEBI registrations, the enlistment granted to such Research Analysts by BSE Limited also stands cancelled.
Accordingly, the Exchange hereby disseminates a list of Research Analysts whose SEBI registrations have been cancelled for non-payment of renewal fees and whose BSE enlistment stands cancelled.
The details are provided in Annexure A.
