BSE updates its indices due to the merger of Cigniti Technologies Limited with Coforge Limited. BSE removes Cigniti Technologies Limited from the BSE Smallcap, BSE Information Technology, BSE Allcap, and BSE Midsmallcap indices. BSE also removes Cigniti Technologies Limited and adds Tata Capital Limited to the BSE 1000, BSE Next 500, BSE Next 250 Microcap, and BSE 1000 Multicap Equal Size Weighted (25%) indices. These changes take effect on May 15, 2026. BSE includes these actions in the end-of-day corporate action file.

Changes to the BSE Indices
MUMBAI, May 08, 2026: Cigniti Technologies Limited (Exchange ticker: 534758) is merging with Coforge Limited (Exchange ticker: 32541) effective Friday, May 15, 2026.
On account of the above Scheme of Arrangement, effective Friday, May 15, 2026, below changes will be made to the following BSE Indices.
