Check the official recordBSE Limited directs Trading Members to comply with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) requirements. Members must integrate with the Department of Telecommunications Mobile Number Revocation List. Members must establish processes for periodic reconciliation of customer records. Members must use the 1600 numbering series only for service and transactional calls. Members must not use the 1600 series for promotional calls. Members must pre-tag variable fields in SMS Content Templates. Members must rectify deficiencies in SMS templates before the activation of blocker mode. Members must conduct consumer awareness campaigns for the 1600 and 140 numbering series. Failure to comply with SMS validation requirements will result in the non-delivery of messages.
