In continuation of Exchange Notice No. 20260612-24 dated June 12, 2026, the Exchange has received communications from the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) regarding certain enhancements and facilities made available on the Digital Intelligence Platform (DIP).
DoT has introduced a new Stakeholder Feedback facility under the SancharSaathi Utilities section of the DIP. This facility enables Banks, Financial Institutions (FIs), NBFCs and other stakeholders to directly share feedback, suggestions and requirements relating to dashboards, data views and platform functionalities, thereby supporting continuous improvement of the platform and enhancing operational efficiency.
An updated Quick Reference Guide for Banks, Financial Institutions (FIs), NBFCs and SEBI-regulated entities on the use of the DoT Digital Intelligence Platform (DIP) for Mobile Number Revocation List (MNRL) and Financial Fraud Risk Indicator (FRI) related actions is enclosed herewith. The guide has been revised to incorporate the newly introduced Stakeholder Feedback facility.
Research Analysts may access this feature through SancharSaathi Utilities → Stakeholder Feedback on the DIP portal and are encouraged to actively utilise the facility for sharing their feedback, suggestions and operational requirements. Such inputs will assist DoT in further enhancing the functionality and effectiveness of the Digital Intelligence Platform.
Research Analysts are advised to utilise the Mobile Number Revocation List (MNRL) and the Reactivation List available on the DIP portal. The enclosed Quick Reference Guide may be referred to for detailed guidance. Research Analysts are requested to note the following:
To avail the services offered through the DoT Digital Intelligence Platform (DIP), Research Analysts are required to complete the onboarding process on the platform. Upon successful onboarding, Research Analysts may opt for API integration to facilitate automated data exchange and operational workflows. At present, APIs are available for MNRL, FRI, and DIS services.
