The Exchange is in receipt of a communication from the SEBI which inter-alia states as under:
- As part of ongoing efforts to identify and work with the ‘jurisdictions with strategic AML / CFT deficiencies’, the FATF has released Public Statements after June 2026 Plenary.

- It is highlighted that following the review, FATF now identifies Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iraq and Virgin Islands (UK) as the new jurisdiction subject to increased monitoring.
