This is with reference to the Exchange notice no. 20260720-10 dated July 20, 2026, on FATF Public statement on jurisdictions under increased monitoring and jurisdictions subject to a call for action, as released by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) following its June 2026 Plenary. The FATF, inter-alia, stated that:
“As part of the on-going efforts to identify and work with jurisdictions with strategic AML / CFT deficiencies, FATF has released Public Statements after June 2026 Plenary with regard to:
a. High risk jurisdictions subject to a call for action b. Jurisdictions under increased monitoring”
In view of the above, all members are advised to update the details of the actions taken by them in the prescribed format through the BSE Electronic Filing System (BEFS). The submission module has been enabled and can be accessed through the following path:

All members are advised to ensure compliance with the above requirement and submit FATF declaration in ELECTRONIC FORM ONLY through BEFS by August 19, 2026. The link for submission of the information/data will be activated from 30th July 2026. The declaration submitted by members shall be treated as a non-submission if it is not furnished on the organization's letterhead and duly signed, either physically or digitally, by the Authorized Signatory/Compliance Officer of the organization.
In case of any non- submission/delayed submission by a member, disciplinary action will be initiated in accordance with exchange Notice No. 20260417-45 dated April 17, 2026.
Members are advised to refer to the detailed User Manual/Procedure available in the top-right corner of the relevant module in the BEFS portal for guidance on the submission process.
Members are requested to take note of the above and ensure compliance.
