BSE implements new phone numbers for outbound calls to members for the BSE StAR Mutual Fund segment. This is with reference to the exchange notice no 20251027-18 dated 27 October 2025, Members are hereby informed that The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has amended the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR), 2018 to further strengthen consumer protection against Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC). The TCCCPR, 2018 is available on TRAI website (https://www.trai.gov.in/release-publication/regulations).
Accordingly, the Exchange has implemented the 1600 series for making outbound calls to members.
Members are requested to note that outbound calls for BSE StAR Mutual Fund will be received by Members from 1600313680/1600113188 numbers with immediate effect.
