Important Information Regarding Allcargo Global Limited in certain BSE Indices
MUMBAI, JULY 20, 2026: BSE Index Services Private Ltd (formerly Asia Index Pvt. Ltd.) had announced vide Notice No: 20250403-46 the process for removal of spun-off scrip from BSE Indices in the event of a scheme of arrangement for demerger and post listing of spun-off scrip of an Index constituent.
As Allcargo Global Limited (Scrip code: 544602) did not hit the lower circuit on Friday, July 17, 2026 and Monday, July 20, 2026, the company will be excluded from the following BSE Indices effective prior to the open of trading on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
