The BSE requires all Research Analysts to complete the Annual Compliance Audit for the financial year 2025-26. Research Analysts must finish the audit on or before September 30, 2026. The Exchange provides two submission options. Research Analysts may appoint an auditor through the system or submit the report directly. The Exchange will provide a portal for the submission of the audit report. The Exchange will issue a separate notice when the submission portal becomes active. The Exchange will not accept reports sent by email or other methods.

In continuation of Exchange Notice No. 20260504-19, all Research Analysts (RAs) are hereby informed that the Annual Compliance Audit for FY 2025-26 is required to be conducted on or before September 30, 2026.
The portal for submission of the Annual Compliance Audit Report is likely to be made available by the end of September 2026. A separate intimation will be issued once the submission window is made live.
For submission of the Annual Compliance Audit Report, RAs will be provided with the following two options:
- Appointment of Auditor through the system, or
- Direct submission by the RA.
The detailed process flow for both modes of submission is provided in the annexed flow chart for reference and guidance.
RAs are advised to note that only submissions made through the Exchange portal shall be considered valid. Submission of audit reports through email or any other mode shall not be accepted.
All the Research Analysts are advised to take note and comply.
