Check the official recordBSE updates the list of securities subject to margin requirements due to high promoter and non-promoter encumbrance. Securities in Annexure I attract a minimum 75 percent margin in the Equity and Equity Derivatives segments. This requirement applies to all open positions as of May 26, 2026, and all new positions created from May 27, 2026. Securities in Annexure II exit the framework effective May 25, 2026. Annexure III provides the consolidated list of all securities under this framework. This measure operates alongside other existing exchange measures and undergoes periodic review. The inclusion of a security in this list does not represent an adverse action against the company.

Market participants may note that this measure shall be in conjunction with all other prevailing measures being imposed by the Exchanges from time to time and shall be subjected to a periodic review.
Further, it may also be noted that the shortlisting of securities under this measure should not be construed as an adverse action against the concerned company/entity.
