Check the official recordBSE updates the list of securities subject to high encumbrance measures under SEBI (SAST) Regulation 2011. Securities in Annexure I attract a minimum 75 percent margin in Equity and Equity Derivatives segments. This requirement applies to all open positions as of June 22, 2026, and new positions created from June 23, 2026. Securities in Annexure II exit the framework on June 19, 2026. Annexure III provides the consolidated list of all securities under this framework. This measure operates with other existing exchange measures and undergoes periodic review. Inclusion in this list does not represent an adverse action against the company.

Market participants may note that this measure shall be in conjunction with all other prevailing measures being imposed by the Exchanges from time to time and shall be subjected to a periodic review.
Further, it may also be noted that the shortlisting of securities under this measure should not be construed as an adverse action against the concerned company/entity.
