Check the official recordBSE updates the list of securities subject to the framework for high promoter and non-promoter encumbrance under SEBI (SAST) Regulation 2011. Securities in Annexure I attract a minimum 75 percent margin in the Equity and Equity Derivatives segments. This requirement applies to all open positions as of May 13, 2026, and all new positions created from May 14, 2026. Securities in Annexure II exit the framework effective May 12, 2026. The exchange provides a consolidated list of all affected securities in Annexure III. This measure operates alongside other existing exchange measures and remains subject to periodic review. Inclusion in this list does not represent an adverse action against the company.

Market participants may note that this measure shall be in conjunction with all other prevailing measures being imposed by the Exchanges from time to time and shall be subjected to a periodic review.
Further, it may also be noted that the shortlisting of securities under this measure should not be construed as an adverse action against the concerned company/entity.
