Securities in Annexure I attract a minimum 75 percent margin in Equity and Equity Derivatives segments. This requirement applies to all open positions as of September 15, 2026, and new positions from September 16, 2026. Securities in Annexure II exit the framework on September 11, 2026. Annexure III provides the consolidated list of all affected securities. This measure operates alongside other existing exchange surveillance measures and undergoes periodic review. The inclusion of a security in this framework does not represent an adverse action against the company.

Market participants may note that this measure shall be in conjunction with all other prevailing measures being imposed by the Exchanges from time to time and shall be subjected to a periodic review.
Further, it may also be noted that the shortlisting of securities under this measure should not be construed as an adverse action against the concerned company/entity.
