Mock Trading on Saturday, August 29, 2026, for Equity Derivatives segment

NOTICE

Exchange has scheduled a mock trading session Equity Derivatives segment on Saturday August 29, 2026. As per circular no. 20260803-36 regarding "Modifications in Pre-open Call Auction Session" in the Equity Derivatives Segment, the relevant changes have been made available for testing during the mock trading session scheduled as follows –

• Mock trading session 1 - To facilitate testing of changes related to Modifications in Pre-open Call Auction Session
• Mock trading session 2 - To test trading functionalities without Modifications in Pre-open Call Auction Session changes, to facilitate live trading from Monday August 31, 2026.

A. Mock trading (session 1)

* - Random stoppage of order entry in last 2 minutes & order matching period will start immediately after completion of order entry period.
^ Revised price band shall be applied to the contracts sequentially starting from 11:00 am

B. Mock trading (session 2)

* - Random stoppage in last 1 minute of order entry session
^ Revised price band shall be applied to the contracts sequentially starting from 02:00 pm

C. Trading members are requested to note following important instructions –

• BOLT Pro TWS version

  • New version of BOLT Pro TWS 13.50 shall be released for testing changes related to Modifications in Pre-open Call Auction Session during 1ˢᵗ mock trading session. It shall be available for download on August 29, 2026 via DLOAD only via lease line connectivity and shall not be available to connect via internet.
  • New version of BOLT Pro TWS 13.35 for 2nd mock trading session, as well as for live trading from Monday August 31, 2026. It shall be available for download on August 28, 2026 from 7:00 pm onwards. Details for same shall be published via separate circular.

  All trading members are requested to ensure that BOLT Pro TWS version 13.35 should be used for live trading from Monday August 31, 2026

• Trades of Trading session 1 shall be available in Trading session 2

• In mock trading session 1, market data via NFCAST stream shall be available as per new format (version 6.2 published via circular no. 20260820-14) on the existing multicast IP & Port (multicast IP - 228.0.0.2 & Port - 15902)

• In mock trading session 2, and for live trading from Monday August 31, 2026, market data via NFCAST stream shall be available as per existing format (version 5.0) on the existing multicast IP & Port.

• As informed via circular no. 20260820-14, market data stream MDI / EMDI API new version 1.4.5, which shall be available for live trading since Monday August 31, 2026, will be available on mock trading day in session 1 & 2.

Market participants are requested to note that the mock trading session is merely for the purpose of testing and familiarization and that the trades resulting from such mock trading will not attract any margin obligation or pay-in and pay-out obligation and will not create any rights and liabilities. Participants are requested to participate actively in the mock trading sessions.
