Exchange has scheduled a mock trading session (from PR site) in Equity Derivatives segment on Saturday September 05, 2026. As per circular no. 20260803-36 & 20260825-28 issued regarding Modifications in Pre-open Call Auction Session in the Equity Derivatives Segment applicable for live trading from Monday 07 September 2026, mock trading session has been scheduled as follows –
Members are also requested to refer to Exchange Notice No 20201201-22 dated 1st December'2020 regarding Testing of software used in or related to Trading and Risk Management. Members may choose to participate either in Mock Trading Session or UAT environment for fulfilling their regulatory requirements in accordance to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/MRD1/DSAP/CIR/P/2020/234 dated November 24, 2020
Trading members using third party trading platforms of empaneled vendors or in-house developed systems through IML/ETI APIs can use this opportunity to test their respective trading application during mock trading session for various functionalities (including exceptional market conditions), viz. risk-reduction mode, trading halt, etc.

BOLT Pro TWS version
New version of BOLT Pro TWS 13.50 shall be released. This version to be used for during mock trading session & as well as for live trading from Monday September 07, 2026. It shall be available for download on September 04, 2026 from 7:00 pm onwards. Details for same shall be published via separate circular
Market data via NFCAST stream shall be available as per new format (version 6.2 published via circular no. 20260820-14) on the existing multicast IP & Port (multicast IP – 228.0.0.2 & Port - 15902) on mock trading day as well as for live trading from Monday September 07, 2026.
As informed via circular no. 20260820-14, market data stream MDI / EMDI API new version 1.4.5, which is already applicable for live trading since Monday August 31, 2026, will continue to be available on mock trading day.
Trading members using third party trading application are requested to take note and use this opportunity to test their respective trading application for changes related to Modifications in Pre-open Call Auction Session during mock trading session.
Market participants are requested to note that the mock trading session is merely for the purpose of testing and familiarization and that the trades resulting from such mock trading will not attract any margin obligation or pay-in and pay-out obligation and will not create any rights and liabilities. Participants are requested to participate actively in the mock trading sessions.
