This update follows the SEBI circular dated May 29, 2024, and the previous BSECL circular dated July 17, 2026. Members, Custodians, Professional Clearing Members, and Banks must note the current list of 36 eligible banks. These entities must ensure compliance with the criteria for the selection of banks as defined in the SEBI circular. The list includes various public, private, and foreign banks operating in India. This notice takes immediate effect as of August 18, 2026.
