Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that SEBI turnover fee for Cash, Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, New Debt Segment, Repo Segment and EGR segment Turnover shall be subject to GST at the rate of 18% with effect from July 18, 2022. Please refer to Exchange notice no. 20260731-1 in this regard. The turnover fee along with applicable GST shall be debited to the respective settlement (valan) account/ Exchange dues account of Trading Members on the 3rd working day of the next month i.e., September 03, 2026.
Trading Members may please note that:
The turnover across segments and the amount to be debited towards the turnover fees including GST at the rate 18%, shall be made available in EXTRANET (current date > EQ > Transaction) on or before September 02, 2026. GST at the rate 18% shall be payable for the month on the amount mentioned in column no. 26 of TF2A file.
Invoices shall be made available on or before September 02, 2026, in EXTRANET and the same are available on the following path for download. (Periodic files > 2026 > ZIP with file name SEBIAUG2026.Member_Code) for the month of August 2026.
Members are requested to note that SEBI turnover fees including applicable GST will continue to be debited separately from the Member’s settlement account/ Exchange dues account with appropriate narration against the entry.
In view of the above, the Members are requested to ensure that sufficient funds are available in their settlement account (valan account)/ Exchange dues account for the purpose of payment of SEBI Turnover Fees.
