BSE releases BOLT Pro TWS version 13.50 for all trading members. This update is compulsory for the Equity, Equity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, and EGR segments. The new version includes modifications to the Pre-Open Call Auction Session and displays Imbalance Quantity data during the Pre-Open Session. It also adds the Closing Reference Price field in the market picture window for Equity Derivatives. Members must upgrade their systems to version 13.50 by September 7, 2026. Users can download the update from the Exchange website or via the Auto-Download Interface. A mock trading session is available on September 5, 2026, to test the new version.

Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that a new version of BOLT Pro TWS ver. 13.50 shall be released & made live with effect from Monday September 7, 2026. This new version shall be COMPULSORY version release in Equity, Equity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives & EGR segments.
Functionality introduced as a part of BOLT Pro TWS ver. 13.50
- Changes related Modification in Pre-Open Call Auction Session published via circular no. 20260803-36 in Equity Derivatives effective from Monday September 7, 2026.
- Changes introduced via circular no. 20260730-52 related to displaying IMBQ (Imbalance Quantity at Equilibrium) and IMBQ (MKT) (Imbalance Quantity at Equilibrium – Market Orders) during Closing Auction Session, shall be displayed in Pre-Open Session in Equity and Equity Derivatives segment from Monday September 7, 2026.
- Closing Reference Price shall be displayed in market picture window under ‘CLRP’ field in Equity Derivatives at the same time as that for CAS eligible securities in Equity segment.
Download BOLT Pro TWS ver. 13.50
All users using Leased Line Connection can upgrade to BOLT Pro TWS ver. 13.50, by selecting ver. 13.50 in the TWS Version tab of Auto-Download Interface on start of BOLT Pro TWS. The new version of BOLT Pro TWS ver. 13.50 shall be available for download on Friday September 04,2026 from 7:00 pm onwards and same will be available to test on Saturday September 05, 2026, during mock trading session.
The new version can also be downloaded from the Exchange website. Steps to download BOLT Pro TWS version from website are given below –
- Browse web-link - http://www.bseindia.com/help/ to download the version.
- Click on the link – “Update.zip”
- ‘Software Update.zip’ will be downloaded
- Unzip the file
- Read the document ‘How to use this files.doc’. As per the instructions given in the document, please copy the respective files where BOLT Pro TWS is installed.
