BSE has issued a reminder to trading members regarding the submission of an Action Taken Report (ATR) for non-compliances identified in the Internal Audit Report for the half-year ending March 31, 2026. Members are required to resolve these non-compliances and submit the ATR via the BSE Electronic Filing System (BEFS) by July 31, 2026. Failure to close the reported non-compliances or submit the ATR by the specified deadline will result in disciplinary action as per the guidelines established in the Exchange Notice dated April 17, 2026.

This is with reference to the Exchange Notice No. 20260608-21 dated June 8, 2026, requiring trading members to close the non-compliance(s) reported in the Internal Audit Report and submit an Action Taken Report.
In view of the above, Members are reminded to close the non- compliance(s) and submit Action Taken Report for the non- compliance(s) reported in the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended as on March 2026 on or before July 31, 2026, through the BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System).
Please note that in case the non-compliances are not closed in the Action Taken Report or Action Taken Report has not been submitted within the due date, prescribed action shall be initiated in accordance with the Exchange Notice No. 20260417-45 dated April 17, 2026.
Members are advised to take note of the above and comply.
