NOTICE Notice No. 20260616-7 Notice Date 16 Jun 2026 Category Compliance Segment General Department DOSS Subject Reminder for submission of Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit report for the period ended March 31, 2026 Attachments AnnexureA ; AnnexureB To All Trading Members, This is with reference to Exchange Notice No. 20260422-33 dated April 22, 2026, and Notice No. 20260511- 7 dated May 11, 2026, regarding Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit of Trading Members. Members are required to submit the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit Report for the period ended March 31, 2026, to the Exchange on or before June 30, 2026. With reference to Exchange Notice No. 20250929-81 dated September 29, 2025, regarding technology-based sharing mechanisms for common submissions among exchanges, Members of the Exchange who are also registered with NSE shall submit their Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit report to NSE only. Members of the Exchange who are not registered with NSE shall continue to make submissions to the Exchange as per existing process. The report has to be submitted electronically through the BEFS portal on or before the due date to avoid any penal or disciplinary action. To ensure ease of use and better understanding of the cyber audit module, a user manual for both Members and Auditors is enclosed herewith (Annexure A for Member and Annexure B for Auditor).
