This is with reference to Exchange notice Ref. No. 20260407-22 dated April 07, 2026, and 20260417-24 dated April 17, 2026, requiring all Trading Members to carry out an internal audit for the half year ended March 31, 2026, on or before the due date i.e. May 31, 2026.

In view of the above, Members are reminded to submit the Internal Audit Report on or before the due date, through the BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System) to avoid any penal charges/disciplinary action for the non/late submission of the Internal Audit Report in accordance with Exchange Notice No. 20260417-45 dated April 17, 2026.

Members are advised to take note of the above and comply.
