NOTICE Notice No. 20260515-13 Notice Date 15 May 2026 Category Settlement/RMS Segment General Department ICCL Subject Reminder for Submission of Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2026 Attachments No Attachment INTERNAL To All Clearing Members, This is with reference to ICCL Circular no. 20260415-26 dated April 15, 2026, requiring Clearing Members to carry out and complete the Internal Audit for the half year ended March 31, 2026. In view of the above, Clearing Members are advised to submit the Internal Audit Report on or before May 31,2026 through IEFS portal https://iefs.bseindia.in in the prescribed format and comply with the regulatory requirements to avoid penalties/disciplinary actions for late/non- submission of the Internal Audit Report shall be as per ICCL notice no. 20240322-55 dated March 22,2024 and for non-compliances reported in the Internal Audit Report shall be as prescribed by ICCL notice no. 20231229-11 dated December 29,2023 or any other relevant circular that may be issued by ICCL from time to time.
