The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-PoD-2/I/11698/2026 dated May 15, 2026, regarding Status of SPVs post conclusion or termination of Concession Agreement.
The circular shall come into force with immediate effect.
