Submission of Details of Websites, Mobile Applications and Social Media Handles

NOTICE

This is with reference to SEBI Circular No. HO/(79)2026-MIRSD-PODMMC dated February 26, 2026, and Exchange Notice Nos. 20260428-48 dated April 28, 2026, and 20260602-35 dated June 02, 2026, regarding disclosure of digital platforms used by Investment Advisers for carrying out investment advisory activities.

In compliance with the aforesaid circulars/notices, all registered Investment Advisers are required to report the details of their websites, mobile applications, and social media handles through the below-mentioned link:

The information submitted by Investment Advisers will be displayed on the Exchange's website for the benefit of investors and stakeholders.

The websites, mobile applications, and social media handles reported to the Exchange shall be considered for whitelisting with Meta and Google, as applicable. Accordingly, Investment Advisers are advised to ensure that all digital platforms being used for investment advisory activities are duly reported to the Exchange.

The details are required to be submitted on or before July 28, 2026.

Please note that any social media handle related to investment advisory activities that is not reported to the Exchange by the stipulated deadline may not be considered for whitelisting and may be liable for deletion/removal from the respective platforms in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.

Guidance for Submission

1. All fields are mandatory. In case any field is not applicable, kindly mention "NA" in the respective field.
2. Multiple Social Media Handles:
   • If multiple handles/accounts exist for a particular social media platform, provide all handle names in the respective field separated by commas.
   • The corresponding URLs/links should also be provided in the respective field separated by commas.
3. Links should be provided for the main landing page/profile of the respective social media handle and not for any individual post, reel, story, or other specific content.
4. IAs are advised to ensure that the correct links are provided in the corresponding fields. Kindly verify all details and cross-check the links carefully before submitting the information.
5. Ensure that the details provided are complete, accurate, and updated as on the date of submission.
