BSE updates the list of securities under the Additional Surveillance Measure for companies undergoing the Insolvency Resolution Process. The exchange adds new securities to the framework and removes others. These changes take effect on May 14, 2026. Market participants must note that this framework operates alongside other existing surveillance measures. The exchange reviews the list of securities on a periodic basis. The inclusion of a security in this framework results from market surveillance and does not represent an adverse action against the company. For securities that exit the framework, the exchange reinstates the previous price band unless other surveillance measures apply.

Sub: Surveillance Measure for securities under IBC
With reference to the Exchange notice no. 20180608-34 dated June 08, 2018, Exchange notice no. 20220520-52 dated May 20, 2022, Exchange notice no. 20230210-55 dated February 10, 2023 and Exchange notice no. 20250905-47 dated September 05, 2025 in respect of Additional Surveillance Measure for Companies relating to the Insolvency Resolution Process (IRP) as per Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
Members are hereby requested to note that the securities as per attached Annexure I have satisfied the criteria under Additional Surveillance Measure for Companies relating to the Insolvency Resolution Process (IRP) as per Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) with effect from May 14, 2026.
Securities which are placed under the above-mentioned Framework would be reviewed on periodical basis. Further, the list of securities which are moving out from IBC Framework, w.e.f. May 14, 2026 is given in Annexure II.
For ready reference, consolidated list of securities under the Framework is attached as Annexure III.
Market participants may note that above Framework shall be in conjunction with all other prevailing surveillance measures being imposed by the Exchanges from time to time.
Also, it may also be noted that the shortlisting of securities under aforesaid Framework is purely on account of market surveillance, and it should not be construed as an adverse action against the concerned company/entity.
The Price Band of a scrip moving out of the framework shall be reinstated to the Price Band applicable to that scrip before it got shortlisted under the respective framework. This will be subject to the scrip not being shortlisted or part of any other Surveillance measure, in which case, the price band of the relevant surveillance framework will prevail.
