The BSE designates two email addresses for Investment Advisers to escalate unresolved matters. Investment Advisers use these addresses only when the primary contact does not provide a reply or resolution within seven days. The first escalation address is iara.escalation1@bseindia.com. If this address does not provide a resolution within seven days, Investment Advisers use the second escalation address, iara.escalation2@bseindia.com. Investment Advisers must not use these addresses for routine correspondence. They continue to use existing operational channels for regular communication.
What you must do
- Use iara.escalation1@bseindia.com if the primary email receives no reply or resolution within 7 days.
- Use iara.escalation2@bseindia.com if the first escalation email receives no reply or resolution within 7 days.

This is to ensure effective tracking and timely resolution of escalated matters.
For any regular communication, members are requested to continue using the designated operational email channels.
