Check the official recordThe BSE designates two email addresses for Research Analysts to escalate unresolved matters. Members use the first escalation email if the primary contact does not provide a resolution within seven days. Members use the second escalation email if the first escalation contact does not provide a resolution within seven days. Members must not use these addresses for routine correspondence. Members continue to use existing operational channels for regular communication.
