This is with reference to the Exchange vide notice no. 20230727-31 dated July 27, 2023 regarding fees for Authorised Person (APs). With a view to encouraging greater participation of intermediaries in the Commodity Derivatives and Electronic Gold Receipt (EGR) segments of the Exchange, it has been decided to waive the processing fees payable for registration of APs in these segments for the period from August 24, 2026, to September 30, 2028.
The aforesaid waiver shall also be available to existing APs of the Exchange seeking registration in the Commodity Derivatives and Electronic Gold Receipt (EGR) segments during the said period. Processing fees for registration of APs in other segments shall continue to be levied as per the applicable fee structure.
Further, Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) shall be waived for the same period in respect of existing as well as new APs registered exclusively in the Commodity Derivatives and Electronic Gold Receipt (EGR) segments. However, APs registered in any other segment in addition to the Commodity Derivatives and Electronic Gold Receipt (EGR) segments shall continue to be liable to pay the applicable AMC as per the prescribed fee structure.
