G.S.R. 252(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution. the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes, Notice Server Group C posts, Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely:-

Recruitment Rules, 2015 were notified in the Gazette of India vide G.S.R. 991(E), dated 18 th Dece mber. 20 1S. Following the recommendations of CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 dated 25 th July, 2016, the Government had issued instructions vide DoPT OM No. AB.14017113/2016-Estt.(RR), dated 9 th August, 2016 to amend the existing Pay Band and Grade Pay by the new Pay Structure.
