New Delhi, the 29 October, 2024
S.O. .....(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 63/1994-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 830 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely: -
In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 3 relating to land frontier of Bhutan, against item (3) in column 3 relating to Ultapani, for the corresponding entries in column 4, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

का.आ. ..... (अ).- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 7 की उप-धारा (1) के खण्ड (ख) और (ग) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय अप्रत्यक्ष कर और सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड, भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं. 63/1994-सीमा शुल्क (गै.टै.) दिनांक 21 नवम्बर, 1994 जिसे का.आ. सं. 830(अ) दिनांक 21 नवम्बर, 1994 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में एतद्द्वारा आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, तालिका में, भूटान की भूमि सीमा से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने, उल्तापानी से संबंधित कॉलम 3 में आइटम (3) के सामने, कॉलम 4 में संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्: -
