The Directorate General of Foreign Trade amends the conditions of Standard Input Output Norm E-136 to allow the export of Wheat Flour (Atta) with Millets. Exporters must ensure the export item contains a minimum of 60 percent Wheat Flour and a minimum of 15 percent Millets. Exporters must source Millets and other ingredients domestically. Exporters must state the percentage content of Whole Wheat Flour, Millets, and other ingredients in the Shipping Bill. The import entitlement of Wheat under the Advance Authorization is calculated in proportion to the percentage content of Whole Wheat Flour, allowing the import of 1.07 kg of Wheat for every 1 kg of Whole Wheat Flour exported.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 & 2.04 of Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments:
For the SION E-136 as amended in Public Notice No. 62/2015-20 dated 23.03.2023, note 3 added by P.No 25/2023 dated $4^{\text{th}}$ August 2023, is amended as under:
