Subject: Extension of Last Date for Submission of TRQ Applications under the India-United Kingdom Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) for CY 2026 - reg.
In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, and in continuation of Public Notice No. 19/2026-27 dated 09.07.2026 and Public Notice No. 22/2026-27 dated 20.07.2026, and in view of the representations received from the trade and industry, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby extends the last date for submission of online applications for allocation of Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) under the India-UK CETA up to 09.08.2026.
- All other terms and conditions stipulated under Public Notice No. 19/2026-27 dated 09.07.2026 and Public Notice No. 22/2026-27 dated 20.07.2026 shall remain unchanged.
Effect of this Public Notice:
The last date for submission of online applications for allocation of Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) under the India-United Kingdom Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) for CY 2026 is hereby extended up to 09th August 2026.
