In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, and in continuation of Public Notice No. 20/2026-27 dated 13.07.2026, the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) hereby invites applications for Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) allocation under the India-Oman CEPA for the FY 2026-27 on the following products from 04.08.2026 up to 19.08.2026:

  1. The imports of the items will be permitted subject to the procedure mentioned in Annexure-VIII of Appendix 2A of the FTP, 2023 (Refer to Public Notice No. 20/2026-27 dated 13.07.2026).

  2. Further, the following documents shall be mandatory for allocation of TRQ in respect of the products mentioned hereunder:

i. Marble Blocks (at Sl. NO. 3 of Table 1): The applicant shall submit a valid Chartered Engineer (CE) Certificate certifying the installed processing capacity, installation of machinery, and the production undertaken during the preceding three financial years in respect of marble processing. Draft CE Certificate template enclosed at Annexure-A may be seen. ii. Marble Slabs (at Sl. NO. 4, 25, 26 and 27 of Table 1): The applicant shall submit a valid pre-purchase agreement with the Supplier in Oman. iii. Pet Flakes (at Sl. NO. 22, 23 and 24 of Table 1): The Applicant shall submit NOC from MoEF&CC, in accordance with their O.M. No. 23/66/2019-HSMD dated 23.08.2022.

Effect of this Public Notice: New applications for TRQ under India–Oman Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) for FY 2026-27 are invited from 04th August, 2026 up to 19th August 2026.
