Please find enclosed the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi Order(s) dated 24.07.2026 & 10.09.2026 in the captioned case.
Please refer to para-17 of the Court Order dated 24.07.2026 and para-4 of the Court Order dated 10.09.2026 regarding blocking access to the websites/domains [ 17 Nos ] listed at Srl. Nos. 41, 71, 74, 79 (2 Nos), 106, 143, 146, 148, 152, 181, 182, 184, 186, 187, 197, 199 & 205 of Annexure-B to the Court Order dated 10.09.2026 as per the enclosed list.
In view of the above, all Licensees with Internet Service Authorization are hereby instructed to take immediate necessary action in respect of blocking access to the said website(s)/domain(s), as per the enclosed list, in compliance with the said court orders.

Dear All,
We act on behalf of the Plaintiff in the captioned matter, Designarch Infrastructure Private Limited
The Plaintiff has instituted a suit for permanent injunction restraining the infringement of trademarks, passing off, rendition of accounts, damages, delivery up, etc. In the captioned suit, the Plaintiff has now filed an application for impleadment of additional defendant(s) and an Application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 151, CPC seeking extension of the ad-interim injunction Order granted vide order dated 18.03.2024.
The Hon?ble Court vide order dated $24^{\text{th}}$ July 2026 has directed the Department of Telecommunication and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (you) to issue the necessary notifications to the telecom service providers for suspension of access to the infringing websites and URLs identified in our application. The operative part of the order is reproduced below:
?17. Defendant No.8/DoT and Defendant No.9/MeitY are directed to issue necessary directions to TSPs and ISPs registered under them to suspend access to URLs mentioned in Annexure-B to this order.?
Please note that the Annexure B filed along with the application bearing IA no. 19385/2026 contained 214 URL(s)/ Link(s), however, the Annexure B as extracted in the Impugned Order mentions only 24 URL(s)/ Link(s), thus, the Plaintiff filed an application under section 151, CPC to seek modification of the order dated $24^{\text{th}}$ July 2026. The same application is allowed vide order dated 10.09.2026 (Copy attached). The operative part of the order is reproduced below:
?4. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and order dated 24.07.2026 is modified to include URLs at serial Nos. 25-213 in Annexure-B, as captured below. Defendant No.8/DoT and Defendant No.9/MeitY are directed to issue necessary directions to TSPs and ISPs registered under them to suspend access to URLs mentioned in Annexure-B to this order. The order passed today will be read along with order dated 24.07.2026.?
In view of the above you are directed to issue necessary directions to TSPs and ISPs registered under you to suspend access to URLs mentioned in Annexure-B to this order, in compliance with the order dated $10^{\text{th}}$ September 2026.
The matter is listed on $22^{\text{nd}}$ December 2026 before the Hon?ble High Court.
