Present: Ms. Aparna Jain and Ms. Vandana Kumari, Ld. Counsels for plaintiff. None for defendant no.1. Ms. Shivani Choudhary, Ld. counsel for defendant no.4. Sh. Dhiraj Kumar Singh, Ld. Counsel for defendant no.6. None for defendant no.5, 7 and 8.

As per report of process server defendant no.2 and 3 have been duly served on 20.08.2026 as the process has been affixed and videography was conducted and that has been filed in a Pendrive by Ld. counsel for plaintiff and photocopy of photography also filed alongwith report.

WS has been filed on behalf of defendant no.4 alongwith certain documents. Copy supplied.

Defendant no.6 has filed his authority to appear and seeks time to file compliance report in terms of order dated 04.08.2026. Let the same be filed.

Proxy counsel for defendant no.4 has filed vakalatnama on behalf of main counsel alongwith affidavit in compliance of Order 39 (3) of CPC.
