का.आ. 3368(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, दूरसंचार अधिनियम, 2023 (2023 का 44) की धारा 1 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 23 जून, 2026 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा (3) की उप-धारा (1) और उप-धारा (6) के प्रावधान प्रवृत्त होंगे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd June, 2026
S.O. 3368(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Telecommunications Act, 2023 (44 of 2023), the Central Government hereby appoints the 23rd day of June, 2026, as the date on which the provisions of sub-section (1) and sub-section (6) of section 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
