का.आ. 4703(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, दूरसंचार अधिनियम, 2023 (2023 का 44) की धारा 22 की उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दूरसंचार इकाईयों के नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ 3 के अधीन विनिर्दिष्ट दूरसंचार नेटवर्क के भाग, जो उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ 2 के अधीन तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट दूरसंचार सेवाओं से संबंधित है, को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण दूरसंचार अवसंरचना के रूप में घोषित करती है, अर्थात :-

MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS (Department of Telecommunications) NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th October, 2025
S.O. 4703(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 22 of the Telecommunications Act, 2023 (44 of 2023), the Central Government hereby declares the part of telecommunication network specified under column (3) of the Table below of the telecommunication entities relating to the telecommunication services specified in the corresponding entry under column (2) of the said Table as Critical Telecommunication Infrastructure for the purposes of the said Act, namely:-
