का.आ. 02(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार दूरसंचार (मार्ग का अधिकार) नियम, 2024 के नियम 12 के उप-नियम (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतदद्वारा सार्वजनिक हित में दूरसंचार नेटवर्क की स्थापना हेतु विशेष परियोजना के रूप में "भारतनेट" को अधिसूचित करती है।

2. यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 1 जनवरी, 2025 से प्रवृत्त होगी।

MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS (Department of Telecommunications) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1st January, 2025

S.O. 02(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 12 of the Telecommunications (Right of Way) Rules, 2024, the Central Government, in public interest, hereby notifies the “BharatNet”, as a special project for the establishment of telecommunication network.

2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 2025.
