समान प्रकार के फीडस्ट्टॉक के रूप में), कोई अपजिष्ट िल का जनवाहन नहीं करते और उप-उत्पािों का उत्पािन
करते हैं,-
(i) दकजण्वत िैजवक खाि (एफओएम) और /र्ा तरल दकजण्वत िैजवक खाि (एलएफओएम) समृद्ध खाि और
/र्ा
(ii) जवद्युत का उपर्ोग करके कोर्ले का चूणा र्ा गोली बनाना।

अंजतम उपर्ोगकताा उद्योग के पररसर में जस्ट्थत जबल्ड आन आपरेट / जबल्ड आन आपरेट रांसफर / जबल्ड
आपरेट रांसफर मोड आदि पर इलेक्रोजलजसस (नवीकरणीर् ऊिाा का उपर्ोग करके) के माध्र्म से हाइड्रोिन
का उत्पािन और अंजतम उपर्ोगकताा उद्योग से प्राप्त डी-जमनरलाइज्ड पानी और अन्द्र् उपर्ोजगताओं (कूललंग
टॉवर, ईटीपी, आदि) का सीधे उपर्ोग करना।

G.S.R. 761(E).––– In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to sub-section (1) of section 21
of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (14 of 1981), the Central Government, in
consultation with the Central Pollution Control Board, hereby makes the further amendments to the
notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change published in
the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R 702 (E), dated
12th November, 2024, namely:
In the said notification, for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely :-
