L.-33004/99 xxxGIDHxxx xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण् ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार से प्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY इस्ट्पात मंत्रालय अजधसूचना नई दिल्ली, 25 िुलाई, 2025 सा.का.जन. 502(अ).— भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (i),सा.का.जन. 341 (अ) के संिभभ में दिनांक 26 मई, 2025 को प्रकाजित घरेलू स्ट्तर पर जिजनर्मभत लौह एिं इस्ट्पात उत्पाि नीजत-2025 के पररजिष्ट-ग में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन एतद्द्वारा सामान्य सूचना के जलए प्रकाजित दकया िाता है: पररजिष्ट-ग में खंड 3.3 को खंड 3.2.4 के नीचे इस प्रकार िोडा गया है: 3.3 ऐसे मामलों में िहााँ कोई भारतीय प्रौद्योजगकी उपलब्ध नहीं है, िहााँ दकसी भारतीय सीपीएसई (प्रापण संस्ट्था सजहत) को तीन िर्षों के भीतर प्रजिक्षण और हैंडहोलल्डंग सजहत प्रौद्योजगकी हस्ट्तांतररत करने के जलए प्रजतबद्ध जििेिी प्रौद्योजगकी आपूर्तभकताभ को, घरेलू मूल्यिधभन की प्रजतितता पर ध्यान दिए जबना श्रेणी-I आपूर्तभकताभ माना िाएगा। इस मामले में, समय-समय पर संिोजधत डीपीआईआईटी के सािभिजनक अजधप्राजि (मेक इन इंजडया को िरीयता) आिेि में पररभाजर्षत जििेिी प्रौद्योजगकी आपूर्तभकताभ को खरीि िरीयता िी िाएगी। [फा. सं. 8(2)/2023-आईडी-I] अजभिीत नरेन्र, संयुक्त सजचि सं. 459] नई दिल्ली, सोमिार, िुलाई 28, 2025/श्रािण 6, 1947 No. 459] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, JULY 28, 2025/SHRAVANA 6, 1947 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-28072025-265046 CG-DL-E-28072025-265046 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] MINISTRY OF STEEL NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th July, 2025 G.S.R. 502(E).—The following amendment to Appendix-C of the Domestically Manufactured Iron & Steel Products Policy-2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 341(E), dated 26th May, 2025 is hereby published for general information: Clause 3.3 is inserted below Clause 3.2.4 in Appendix-C as: 3.3 In cases where no Indian technology is available, a foreign technology supplier committing to transfer technology, including training and handholding to an Indian CPSE (including the procuring entity), within three years, shall be considered as deemed Class-I supplier irrespective of percentage of Domestic Value Addition. In this case, purchase preference shall be given to the foreign technology supplier as defined in DPIIT’s Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order amended from time to time. [F.
