सा.का.जन. 614.— राष्ट्रपजत, संजिधान के अनुच्छेि 320 के खंड (3) के परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, संघ लोक सेिा आयोग (परामिि से छूट) जिजनयम, 1958 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जिजनयम बनाती हैं, अर्ाित् :-

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ- (1) इन जिजनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम संघ लोक सेिा आयोग (परामिि से छूट) संिोधन जिजनयम, 2026 है । (2). ये रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे ।
संघ लोक सेिा आयोग (परामिि से छूट) जिजनयम, 1958 की अनुसूची 2 की मि 11 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के पश्चात् जनम्नजलजखत को अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अर्ाित् :-

“12. जमिन जनिेिक, अंतःजिषयक साइबर भौजतक प्रणाली राष्ट्रीय जमिन और जमिन जनिेिक, राष्ट्रीय क्ांटम जमिन, जिज्ञान और प्रोद्यौजगकी जिभाग के पिों को प्रजतजनयुजि (जिसके अंतगित अल्पकाजलक संजििा भी है) के आधार पर भरना”

MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS (Department of Personnel and Training) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th July,2026

G.S.R. 614(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (3) of article 320 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, namely:-

Short title and commencement.- (1) These regulations may be called the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Amendment Regulations, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
In the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, in Schedule-II, after item 11 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

"12. Filling up the posts of Mission Director, National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems, and Mission Director, National Quantum Mission, in Department of Science and Technology, on deputation (including short-term contract) basis".
