The Employees Provident Fund Organisation transfers an RTI application from Shri V. Satya Narayana Murthy to all Central Public Information Officers of field offices under section 6(3) of the Right to Information Act 2005. The Central Public Information Officers provide available records directly to the applicant and inform the undersigned. The applicant pays the application fee of Rs. 10. If the information belongs to another division or public authority, the Central Public Information Officer transfers the application accordingly and notifies the applicant immediately. The Central Public Information Officer includes the name and address of the Appellate Authority in the reply so the applicant can submit an appeal within 30 days.

Sub: Application of Shri V Satya Narayana Murthy information under RTI Act, 2005. Regarding.
Sir,
Please find enclosed herewith RTI application Regd No. EPFOG/R/2018/56430 dated 29.06.2018 of Shri V Satya Narayana Murthy seeking information under the RTI Act. The application is hereby transferred to the CPIO, (All field Office), for necessary action under the provisions of section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005. The information has to be provided the RTI application, directly to the applicant as available in the records under intimation to the undersigned. It is certified that the applicant has deposited the application fee i.e. Rs.10/-.
It may be mentioned if the desired information does not pertain to the concerned division or public authority or some part of information is held by other division or public authority, the concerned CPIO shall forward/transfer the application or such part of it as may be appropriate to relevant division/Public authorities u/s 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005 and inform the applicant immediately about such transfer. However, if the CPIO is not able to find out as to which division/public authority is concerned with the information even after making reasonable efforts to find out the concerned division/public authority to which the application could be transferred. It would, however, be the responsibility of the CPIO, if an appeal is made against his decision, to establish that he made reasonable efforts to find out the particulars of the concerned division/public authority.
The Name & Address of the Appellate Authority may also be mentioned in the reply, so that the applicant can make an appeal within 30 days from the expiry of such period or from the receipt of decision given by the public authority, if he is aggrieved by the decision.

As per Time Bound promotion Scheme, all the officials promoted to the post of Sr.SSA (TBP) have to get the pay scale of Section Supervisors. As on 18-12-2004, pay scale of Section Supervisors was 5500-175-9000 (Pre-revised). But that scale was not granted to me on my promotion to the post of Sr.SSA (TBP) w.e.f. 18-12-2004. Hence, it is requested to provide the information relating to the officials working in all the Offices located in all the States in India, in respect of those who have been promoted to the post of Sr.SSA (TBP) in between 01-04-2004 to 08-10-2007 in the format attached under RTI Act 2005.
