Prince Barnwal filed an online RTI request on 30 March 2022 to obtain information about the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for the post of EO/AO under Examination Quota. The applicant sought details regarding joined employees, refusals, representations for reversion, accepted and rejected representations, office orders, filling of vacant posts, and disposal time limits. Because the CPIO did not respond within the thirty-day time limit, the applicant filed a first appeal on 12 May 2022 requesting the information and a penalty of Rs 250 per day. The Nodal Officer forwarded the appeal to the First Appellate Authority on 18 May 2022. The CPIO HRM III disposed of the original request on 12 September 2022 and sent the annexures through email.
