2. List of participants duly approved by CPFC for the above mentioned training programme is enclosed herewith.
3. It is requested that the nominated officer may be relieved to attend the above mentioned training programme with the direction to report at ASCI, Hyderabad on 11th June,. 2018 at 9.00 A.M. sharp directly from his place of posting. The Hostel accommodation will be made available to the trainee officer one day prior and upto one day after the Training Programme's schedule. The travel plans be intimated to the Nodal Officer Dr. Jayanta Kumar Mohapatra, Asst. Professor, Course Director, ASCI, Hyderabad on his e-mail jkmohapatra@asci.org.in & also to PDNASS at natrss@epfindia.gov.in .
4. In case of any difficulty to relieve the nominated officer, the request for seeking exemption should be submitted by concerned ACC(Zone) to Director, PDNASS latest by 31.05.2018. Requests received after 31.05.2018 or requests received without recommendation of concerned ACC(Zone) will not be considered. The copy of relieving order of the Officer trainee may also be forwarded to the Academy through e-mail.
