विषय:- कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 की धारा 1 उपधारा 3 के अंतर्गत सिक्किम राज्य के गैर अधिसूचित जिलों नामतः सोरेंग, ग्यालशिंग और मंगन के सभी क्षेत्रों मे कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम के कार्यान्वयन की अधिसूचना संबंधी / Notification under sub section 3 of Section 1 of ESI Act in all the area of non-notified districts namely Soreng, Gyalshing and Mangan districts of Sikkim.
उपरोक्त विषय पर मंत्रालय द्वारा भारत का राजपत्र (असाधारण), भाग-II-खण्ड-3-उप-खण्ड(ii) में दिनांक 28.10.2025 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना स का.आ. 4915 (अ) दिनांक 28 अक्टूबर, 2025 की प्रतिलिपि सूचनार्थ संलग्न है। (गजट.आई.डी.स- CG-DL-E-28102025-267222)
कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 की धारा 1(3) के अंतर्गत सिक्किम राज्य के गैर अधिसूचित जिलों नामतः सोरेंग, ग्यालशिंग और मंगन के सभी क्षेत्रों मे कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम की अधिसूचना दिनांक 01.11.2025 से प्रभावी होगा।
Enclosed herewith is a copy of the notification no. S.O. 4915(E) dated 28.10.2025 published in Gazette of India (Extraordinary), Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii) on 28.10.2025 by Ministry of Labour & Employment for information. (Gazette ID No- CG-DL-E-28102025-267222)
Under Section 1(3) of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948, the Employees' State Insurance Act will be applicable to all areas of the non-notified districts of Sikkim namely Soreng, Gyalshing and Mangan with effect from November 1, 2025.
