विषय - सामाजिक सुरक्षा (केंद्रीय) नियमावली, 2026 के अनुसार अंशदान की दर/हितलाभ की दरो मे बदलाव के इन्श्योरेंस मोड्यूल मे बदलाव के संबंध में।
महोदय,
उपरोक्त विषयान्तर्गत, मुझे यह सूचित करने का निर्देश हुआ है कि सामाजिक सुरक्षा (केंद्रीय) नियमावली, 2026, के दिनांक - 08.05.2026 के भारत का गजट मे प्रकाशन एवं कार्यान्वयन के परिणामस्वरूप निम्नलिखित हितलाभ/अंशदान की दरो मे हुए बदलावो के अनुसार, इन्श्योरेंस मोड्यूल मे आवश्यक बदलाव कर दिए गए हैः -
इस संबंध मे यह भी सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त सभी बदलावों को सामाजिक सुरक्षा (केंद्रीय) नियमावली, 2026 के भारत का गजट मे प्रकाशन/कार्यान्वयन की तिथि अर्थात 08.05.2026 व उसके बाद वाले मामलो मे ही लागू माना जाएगा। इस संबंध मे उक्त बदलावो के यूजर मेन्युअल संलग्न है।
यह पत्र सक्षम पदाधिकारी के अनुमोदन से निर्गत की जाती है।

Subject: Modifications in the Insurance Module consequent upon changes in the rates of contribution / rates of benefits in accordance with the Social Security (Central) Rules, 2026.
Sir/Madam,
With reference to the subject cited above, I am directed to inform you that, consequent upon the publication of the Social Security (Central) Rules, 2026, in the Gazette of India dated 08.05.2026 and their implementation, the necessary modifications have been carried out in the Insurance Module in accordance with the following changes in the rates of benefits / contributions: -
It is further informed that all the aforesaid changes shall be applicable only to cases arising on or after 08.05.2026, i.e., the date of publication / implementation of the Social Security (Central) Rules, 2026, in the Gazette of India. The User Manual incorporating the aforesaid changes is enclosed herewith.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
