1. उक्त संशोधन फर्म Novartis Healthcare Private Limited के अनुरोध पर जारी किया गया है। फर्म द्वारा अपने नए विनिर्माण स्थल से आपूर्ति की जाने वाली दवा संबंधित डी. जी. ई. एस. आई. सी. दर अनुबंध के तहत अनुमोदित संरचना, शक्ति, मानकों और पैकिंग का पालन करती रहेगी और दवा और प्रसाधन अधिनियम और उसके किसी भी संशोधन के अनुसार मानकों और विनिर्देशों के अनुरूप होगी।

The said amendment has been issued on the request of the firm M/s. Novartis Healthcare Private Limited. The drug supplied by the firm from its' New Manufacturing Site shall continue to adhere to composition, strength, standards and packing as approved under the respective DGESIC Rate Contract & conform to the standards and specifications as per the Drug & Cosmetic Act and any amendments thereof.

2. M/s. Novartis Healthcare Private Limited, संबंधित डी. जी. ई. एस. आई. सी. दर अनुबंध के नियमों और शर्तों द्वारा शासित होता रहेगा। M/s. Novartis Healthcare Private Limited, shall continue to be governed by the Terms & Conditions of respective DGESIC Rate Contract(s).
