The Employees State Insurance Corporation extends DG ESIC Rate Contract No. Homoeo-3 from 23.09.2025 to 22.12.2025. This extension applies until the finalization of a new rate contract, whichever happens earlier. The Deans of all PGIMSR and ESIC Medical College and Hospitals, Medical Superintendents of all ESIC Hospitals, Directors of Medical Delhi and Noida, Directors of ESI Scheme of all States, and Regional Directors of all States must follow specific conditions. The firm must show willingness to supply on the same terms and conditions. The hospitals must not place orders for drugs that fail test analysis. The supply orders must go only to first preference holders. The hospitals must consider previous amendments and orders while placing supply orders.

Madam/Sir,
I am hereby directed to inform the approval of Director General ESIC for extension of existing DG ESIC Rate Contract No. Homoeo-3 w.e.f 23.09.2025 to 22.12.2025 (earlier extended from 23.02.2025 to 22.04.2025, 23.04.2025 to 22.06.2025 & 23.06.2025 to 22.09.2025 ) or until the finalization of the new Rate Contract, whichever is earlier subject to the following terms & conditions:
Willingness of the firm to supply on the same terms and conditions as approved in rate contract No. Homoeo-3.
No order should be placed in respect of drugs, which have been found "Not of Standard Quality" on test analysis.
Supply order should be placed only to first preference holders.
Amendments /orders (if any) already issued time to time in r/o items /firms of Rate Contract no. Homoeo-3 to be taken into consideration while placing the supply orders.
